Key Responsibilities : The Data Quality Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in the establishment and execution of a sustainable operating model for the management of Data Concerns and Adjustments within the Risk function. This position requires a highly analytical and proactive individual with a strong blend of business analysis and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking data quality initiatives, conducting data analysis and facilitating collaboration across different teams within the bank. This role involves a dynamic mix of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project execution, demanding a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions. Data Quality Management: Support enhancements to Data Quality management through implementing strategies to effectively govern data and improve Data Quality, and production of accurate Data Quality metrics. Business Analysis: Perform required analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making. Document business requirements where necessary for adjustment reduction initiatives. Process Improvement: Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality. Operating Model Support: Contribute to the design and implementation of a sustainable operating model for data concerns remediation and adjustment reduction. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements. Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials. Tracking, Reporting and Risks / Issue Management: Support the Data Quality lead to ensure more accurate reporting of Data Concerns and Adjustments for reporting to senior governance forums and regulators. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Facilitate issue resolution and escalate critical issues as needed.
Qualifications
