Learn more on dxc.com DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Identity Services Lead to own the delivery, governance and continual improvement of enterprise Identity Services. You’ll combine strong IAM expertise with service ownership, technical problem-solving and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Identity Services capability, including SLAs, risks, incidents and continual improvement Provide technical leadership across Microsoft Entra ID, One Identity PAM, MIM, Active Directory, PKI and cloud identity Lead complex technical escalations, major incidents and identity-related risks Support architects and project teams with technical guidance and solution input Oversee identity lifecycle management, JML, provisioning, access governance and RBAC Drive privileged access, service accounts, non-human identities and access reviews Support Entra ID capabilities including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, B2B, SSO and federation Provide oversight of identity security, including Semperis DSP, Defender for Identity and related controls Engage directly with customers on service performance, risks, priorities and roadmap Drive automation, service maturity and continual improvement About You You’ll have: Strong enterprise IAM/Identity Services experience in a complex operational or managed services environment Hands-on experience with several IAM technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, PAM, MIM or IGA platforms Strong understanding of JML, privileged access, RBAC, SSO/federation and identity governance Experience managing incidents, risks, SLAs and service improvement Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to provide technical direction and coordinate specialists without formal people-management responsibility Understanding of Essential Eight, Zero Trust and identity security Desirable Experience with Semperis DSP, Venafi, Password Manager Pro, Microsoft Defender for Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow IAM or PowerShell will be highly regarded.
