Service Parts Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Farmington, NM). Will make an impact in the following ways:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting walk-in customers and responding to parts inquiries over the phone and email. Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalogs, systems, and other available resources. Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts while maintaining inventory accuracy. Process customer transactions, including cash, credit card, and account sales. Maintain detailed records and ensure all parts-related paperwork is completed accurately. Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures. Support customers and technicians by locating parts and providing timely solutions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and warehouse environment.
