Based from our Sydney office, you'll own the commercial levers that bring the right international products to Australian customers at the right price, working across local and global teams to grow the Global Store proposition. Amazon Global Store is an integral pillar of the Amazon.com.au proposition that today offers high demand international products, locally to AU customers. We are an innovative business focused on building a leading customer experience around our growing range of relevant international products sourced from Amazon's global stores. This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location. Key job responsibilities To excel in this role, you will: - Enjoy a high degree of ownership: Drive the commercial levers for Global Store, from identifying high-potential international selection, to building promotional and marketing strategy, to understanding and shaping pricing levers. - Collaborate effectively across teams: Build productive working relationships with cross-functional partners including search, engineering, marketing, logistics, finance, and compliance across multiple geographies. - Use data to drive commercial outcomes: Proactively dive deep into metrics to identify opportunities and risks. Build analyses that inform recommendations and track performance of initiatives you own. - Navigate ambiguity: Work across multiple geographies, teams, and systems where processes are not always defined and priorities can shift. Use judgement to move forward when information is incomplete and align stakeholders around a path when there is no single right answer. - Technology & AI Adoption: Embrace AI and new technologies, diving into Amazon's tools and systems quickly and confidently to find faster, smarter ways to operate. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effectively prioritise competing demands across multiple workstreams, escalating appropriately when priorities conflict. - Embrace a growth mindset: Demonstrate resilience, curiosity, and a genuine appetite for continuous learning, including adapting quickly to Amazon's ways of working such as document-led meetings, narrative writing, and a culture of high-velocity decision making. A day in the life In this role, you'll focus on growing the AU Global Store business by working across multiple teams and geographies. You might start your day analysing sales data, then identifying marketing opportunities to support upcoming events, then move into
