Distribute and coordinate the work of shift teams, as well as oversee their execution of work activities by the team What you'll need (Required): Secondary Education & Technical Degree in warehouse and logistics management, business management or related. 2 - 3 years of previous related experience in a warehouse environment. Knowledge of free trade zone regulations. Availability to work in Shift A (Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). Availability to work in La Lima, Cartago. What else we look for (Preferred): Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and/or manufacturing system (e.g., JDE). Experience in medical device industry. Able to read, comprehend and write English, and perform good mathematical skills. Proven leadership and analytical skills to coordinate priorities and assign resources. Strong communication skills, e.g., providing work instructions, using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes. Strict attention to detail and accuracy.
