Overview: Huntsman Corporation’s BPO Team is searching for Master Data Analyst. As a Master Data Analyst at Huntsman, you will actively conduct activities that ensure the correctness of Vendor and Purchasing master data. This will include data analysis and reporting, the resolution of escalated issues, clean-up of incomplete or incorrect data, and detailed project work for the Source to Pay organization and within corporate guidelines. To be successful you will need to collect and analyze large data sets to support decision making, ensure data quality and accuracy by using data standards or Dun and Bradstreet hierarchy. Prepare statistical information, research data, make recommendations, and create reports/ presentations based on research. We are looking for someone that is focus on efficient leading and developing toxicology team, with an eye for detail and a focus for building relationships with people in organization. Role
Responsibilities: As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Ensuring accurate management of vendor and purchasing master data to support the procure to pay strategy across the regional hub locations, corporate purchasing, accounts payable and key stakeholders. Following the procure to pay strategy for change management and communication. Pursuing globally compliant processes and support related master data tools within company standards of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and improved end-user experience for all master data. Reviewing data and perform as-is analysis to identify improvement opportunities and required changes to drive global standard for all Vendor and Purchasing master data. Researching and resolving escalated master data issues by analyzing, highlighting root causes, and suggesting or taking corrective actions or providing clarification to manage stakeholder expectations. Continuously suggesting and defining improvement actions for optimizing master data performance in purchasing. Actively collaborating with purchasing & accounts payable team members and leadership, developing relationships with internal stakeholders. Providing insights and actionable data as a center of excellence for master data and monitor key performance indicators, in line with the defined strategy. Creating data visibility through operational reporting and dashboards. Experience and Competencies: We are looking for experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a solution focused approach.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Data analysis, supply chain, accounts payable, purchasing, project lead) Demonstrated ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and features Proven ability to analyze large data sets and provide conclusion & suggestions Experience with managing processes and workflows Project and change management experience is a plus English required for effective collaboration with stakeholders What next?
