Full-time opportunity based in Melbourne, VIC Join our growing WHS consulting team Build your consulting career with a global professional services firm Consultant, Work Health & Safety We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated WHS Consultant to join our People Solutions practice in Melbourne. This role will suit someone with hands-on Work Health and Safety experience who is ready to apply their technical knowledge in a consulting environment. You will work with experienced colleagues to support the delivery of practical WHS solutions for a broad range of corporate clients. You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across Victoria and Australia, supporting organisations to improve safety performance, manage risk and build safer workplaces. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Melbourne office. What the day will look like Supporting the delivery of WHS advisory projects and client engagements Assisting with the review and development of WHS frameworks, procedures and processes Preparing reports, proposals and other key project deliverables Working with clients to understand their WHS needs and safety priorities Contributing to practical recommendations that help improve safety outcomes Collaborating with colleagues across Aon to deliver high-quality client solutions How this opportunity is different This is a great opportunity to develop your WHS consulting career with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in Work Health and Safety Exposure to WHS systems, frameworks, procedures and risk management processes Experience supporting the development, implementation or review of WHS management systems Strong written communication skills, including report writing and documentation Ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders A practical, solutions-focused approach to improving safety outcomes Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working in a team-based, client-focused environment Ability to present information clearly and professionally to a variety of audiences Training and Assessment qualifications will be highly regarded How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
