Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business objectives and ensure supply continuity. Lead supplier selection, sourcing activities, and commercial negotiations to achieve best value, quality, and service. Drive cost-saving initiatives, productivity improvements, and total cost optimization. 2. Supplier Performance & Risk Management Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring performance in quality, delivery, and cost. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier development, alternative sourcing, and contingency planning. Ensure supplier compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and business requirements. 3. Procurement Operations & Team Leadership Optimize inventory levels and purchasing processes to support operational efficiency and working capital targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics. Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team while driving continuous improvement and accountability. Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Qualification: BS/BA required; preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Management MBA a plus. Technical Competence & Skills: Product and commodity knowledge Purchasing Contracts Production Scheduling Supply Chain Management Inventory Management Material Planning Leadership Competencs: Planning and Organizational Skill Negotiation Skill Managing & Measuring work Process management Delegation Solid judgement and decision-making skill Relevant Experience: 8 years purchasing operations experience  with international supply chain network Knowledge of coordinating all of the entities involved in a supply chain Experience in the strategic planning and product/service sourcing Experience of liaising with suppliers/contractor to achieve company objective at the most competitive price Knowledge of Disk drive commodities and able to bargain for the best price. Others: Good command of English communication on both speaking and writing Be able to travel oversea Can work out of office hours Willing to take special assignment as needed.
