Labour Relations Manager (FTC), EXR Spain

This is a fixed term contract position. The role will require a level of geographical flexibility in base location within Spain. We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager to play a critical role the development of the employee relations agenda in Spain. We are seeking a progressive, hands-on, customer-obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee relations agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high performance customer obsessed culture. The ER Manager will report to the Head of ER, Spain As EXR Manager, you'll operate across two dimensions: - Participating in EU projects on different projects. - On Es field, equipping business leaders and the HR organization with the expertise, frameworks, and counsel needed to navigate day-to-day labor relations matters and employee experience. This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels — translating regional direction into local deployment while identifying risks and opportunities that inform broader strategy. Key job responsibilities Strategic LR Partnership & Country Expertise: - Act as the go-to LR strategic partner for your sites in Spain, equipping HR and business leaders with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to navigate collective environments confidently - Drive proactive risk identification and advise stakeholders on mitigation approaches in your assigned markets - Provide expert counsel on collective requirements - Build LR capability within the broader HR community through coaching, knowledge sharing, and framework development - Participate in cross-regional projects to build broader EU LR knowledge and capability About the team Team of 8 individuals with different background and expertise, regionally distributed
