About this role
Recruitment and Hiring: Independently manage the full-cycle, multi-channel recruitment process, including resume screening, initial interviews, cross-functional coordination, and issuance of offer letters. Also responsible for onboarding training and new hire orientation/entry procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Accurately review and compile monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data; complete payroll and bonus calculations on time; and coordinate labor and health insurance enrollment as well as employee welfare initiatives such as health insurance-related administration and company uniform programs. Training and Development: Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments across departments, develop and implement annual training plans accordingly, coordinate with external institutions or internal trainers, and track effectiveness to build individual development records. Performance Management: Support the implementation of semiannual and annual performance review processes, collect and consolidate evaluation data from various departments, assist supervisors in conducting performance discussions, link results to compensation and promotion decisions, and carry out performance improvement plans. Employee Relations and Corporate Culture: Serve as a communication bridge between labor and management by organizing regular labor-management meetings, properly handling employee complaints, conflicts, and exit interviews, and enhancing cohesion through employee care initiatives and holiday/event planning. Labor Compliance and Administration: Revise company work rules and HR management policies in accordance with the latest labor regulations, maintain the accuracy of employee personal data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and ensure proper management of various HR administrative reports. Cross Country-HR Collaboration : Align job requirements with cross-national HR teams to strengthen international talent acquisition, translate headquarters’ vision into locally resonant employee engagement initiatives, and collaborate on optimizing compensation and benefits policies to comprehensively enhance the Taiwan team’s talent retention competitiveness.
