Description Carrier Digital Hub India is seeking a results-driven and experienced  S/4HANA Implementation Manager  to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA deployment initiatives within our Digital ERP Center of Excellence. This role plays a critical part in Carrier’s digital transformation strategy, ensuring the successful implementation of scalable, integrated, and future-ready ERP solutions across global business units.   Primary Responsibilities: undefined Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Ability to proactively work on communication with multiple stakeholders supporting various reports & presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and design robust ERP solutions. Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with legacy systems and third-party applications. Drive process standardization and optimization across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other business domains. Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet Carrier’s global standards. undefined   Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. 12+ years of experience in SAP ERP, with at least 4 years in SAP S/4HANA implementation leadership roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale SAP transformation projects across multiple geographies. Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and integration points. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
