The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the design, delivery, and scaling of innovative digital, cloud, and AI-powered solutions across enterprise platforms. This role combines technology leadership, innovation management, solution architecture, and team development. The ideal candidate will possess broad expertise across modern open-source technologies, cloud services, enterprise platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. They will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, help shape technology strategy, identify new opportunities for innovation, and ensure the successful execution of complex initiatives from concept through deployment. This position is suited for a highly adaptable individual who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly evaluate emerging technologies, and effectively translate business opportunities into scalable technology solutions.   Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise solutions across open-source, cloud, and AI technology stacks. Manage and grow high-performing engineering teams focused on innovation, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives. Identify, evaluate, and incubate new technology opportunities that can create measurable business value. Drive solution architecture decisions across application, integration, data, cloud, and AI domains. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans. Establish engineering standards, governance practices, DevOps principles, and quality controls for solution delivery.
