Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Remarketing team is looking for a highly motivated Remarketing Transportation Analyst.  This role will report to the Remarketing Manager and will be based out of our Plano, Tx HQ. The Remarketing Transportation Analyst oversees all aspects of vehicle movement within the Remarketing Team.  The position works closely with our transportation supplier, RunBuggy, and manages all moves through our Hitch platform.  The analyst also coordinates with our Fleet and KINTO teams as well to help solution their logistics needs.   What you’ll be doing • Set and monitor SLAs and performance metrics for transportation supplier(s) • Monitor supplier compliance with contractual terms and requirements • Lead weekly operations calls and monthly business reviews with supplier(s) • Resolve escalated transportation and auction assignment issues and implement preventive solutions • Partner with Repos & Recoveries team on transport from impound or forwarder lots to auction, including facilitation of transportation platform training • Reconcile and audit transport invoices, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance • Manage and resolve transportation-related damage and loss cases with Servicing & IRS • Facilitate auction assignments, bulk transport orders, and title direction for Remarketing client(s) • Author user stories and business requirements for transportation-related system implementations • Partner with Remarketing Compliance, Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and ITLs on transportation-related testing, audits, findings, and remediation • Administer eGRC processes related to transportation supplier(s) What you bring • BA/BS degree • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc) • 1+ years of vendor support • Proven ability to work cross functionally Added bonus if you have • Previous logistics experience What we’ll bring  During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
