Project Manager- Product Development

As a Project Manager in the Product Development field, you will join a growing team and lead development projects through all milestones, coordinating a project and managing the product from the first design phase until the running production and sustaining tasks. You will be a key member of the development team, interacting with different stakeholders and driving the project team to success. Key responsibilities in your new role Be the overall responsible for the project success: time and resource planning, project budget, performance targets. Assure the continuous controlling of the project risks. Lead and develop international and cross-functional project teams. Set up a successful stakeholder management, active and target oriented communication with all relevant interfaces. Establish of a trustful and constructive collaboration.

Your dedication to customer's needs ensures a strong and short feedback loop on requirements. Thereby you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. You know how to cooperate across boundaries, building efficient synergies between your team members and with other departments in order to achieve the best results. Moreover, your team spirit allows you to communicate openly, clearly, and you coherently think and act in a cooperative way, working closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related areas . Preferred 1-3 years of experience in project management in a technical environment. Expert knowledge in the technical field of power electronics or power semiconductors is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex topics in an elegant and presentable manner.
