What You Will Do
Set up, operate and maintain shot peen, media finish, balancing machines. Perform simple troubleshooting of machines. Read and follow established procedures and work instructions. Perform risk assessment and take corrective actions as well as preventive measures. Maintain day to day 6S lean activities to create a safe work environment. Work cross functional to support the various manufacturing processes. Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence. Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
You Must Have NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2 years of relevant experience in Shot Peening/ Media Finish/ Balancing. 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Precision Engineering or Machining. Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the tools and equipment. Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP). Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach. Willing to work permanent Night Shift and overtime on need basis.
Qualifications
We Prefer Conventional machining, peening, inspection skills and knowledge. Relevant experience in operating CMM measurement machines. Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
