 WHAT WE'RE DOING Join the EADGE-T team and help modernize an integrated air and missile defense and air battle management capability for the United Arab Emirates. As part of the EADGE-T UAE Tech Refresh , you'll help deliver hardware modernization and foundational cybersecurity enhancements that will shape the next generation of this mission-critical system. Working alongside an international customer, you'll play a key role in delivering capabilities that strengthen one of Lockheed Martin's premier international defense programs. THE WORK EADGE-T is seeking a Systems Engineering Integration & Test Lead/Manager to lead the program's end-to-end integration and test strategy. In this role, you will: Develop and execute the overall Integration & Test (I&T) strategy and roadmap. Partner with program leadership to define major integration and test milestones, success criteria, and execution plans. Lead system integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance activities across the program lifecycle. Manage requirements verification, traceability, test methodologies, and engineering metrics. Develop and maintain the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and other integration and test planning artifacts. Lead a team of Integration & Test engineers by assigning work, establishing priorities, and supporting technical execution. Monitor integration and test progress, communicate program status, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to ensure successful program execution. PLEASE NOTE This position is located in the United States but requires regular extended travel to the United Arab Emirates to support customer engagement, program execution, and relationship building. This position may occasionally support integration and test events during overnight or weekend hours.

Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Basic Qualifications
