To support our growth strategy, the supply planning function within the business is building enhance capability and the Network Inventory Planner is a vital player in enable this. The Network Inventory Planner is responsible for inventory level optimisation across the branch network, National Distribution Centre, and regional hubs. This role ensures the right stock is in the right locations at the right time while actively managing working capital. The role drives stock availability, inventory health, and cost-effective inventory outcomes through data analysis, reporting and cross-functional collaboration. What kind of work may be involved? Analyse SKU performance, demand variability and lead times to set appropriate inventory levels. Maintain Min/Max and DRP settings across branches, hubs and distribution centres. Rebalance inter-branch stock to improve availability and reduce working capital. Manage pack-size rules and identify SKU rationalisation opportunities. Track inventory health, including availability, fill rate, turns, weeks of cover and E&O stock. Monitor inventory investment and recommend actions to improve ROI. Extract and analyse ERP, WMS and business data; develop Power BI reporting and dashboards. Partner with branches, inventory and DC teams to resolve enquiries and deliver supply-chain improvement projects. Ideal skills & experience: Experience in inventory planning, supply chain, replenishment or demand planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Good communication skills. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience. Experience using ERP and inventory management systems.
