Join the Legal Finance & Business Management team and help drive financial management, reporting, and strategic initiatives across the Legal organization. You will partner closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver financial insights, executive reporting, and business management support. This role offers exposure to a broad range of activities while providing opportunities to improve processes, develop meaningful metrics, and support key business decisions. As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Legal Finance team, you will partner closely with the Senior Business Manager, Head of Human Resources Law, and other Practice Group Heads supporting Litigation. You will provide strategic and operational support through financial planning, expense management, reporting, business analysis, and executive presentations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Legal to understand business needs, develop actionable insights, and support effective decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support for executive ad hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis by partnering with Legal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analysis Organize complex information into strategic and compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and artificial intelligence tools Support the Head of Human Resources Law by consolidating information across groups managed by the team Assist with global budget planning, ongoing expense forecasting, and headcount tracking for Human Resources Law to support effective resource allocation Analyze outside counsel spend and provide actionable insights to senior leadership Develop Human Resources Law and Immigration metrics to support business performance management Manage internal and external expense tracking and reporting for Human Resources Law, delivering clear and concise information to senior management Manage requests related to legal entity audits and regulatory reporting Support requests for proposals, litigation matter reporting, and discovery management Plan and develop materials for business reviews, town halls, off-sites, stakeholder meetings, employee recognition, and strategy sessions Collaborate with business partners and team members to drive projects forward and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and add value to existing processes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field 3 years of experience in Business Management, Finance, or a related field Experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting for projects and stakeholders Experience analyzing financial and business information and evaluating the financial implications of structural or process changes Experience working across different stakeholder groups and supporting execution of business priorities Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills Experience developing presentations and communicating the rationale behind reporting and design decisions Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, charts, and conditional formatting Experience with financial reporting and analytics systems such as Sigma, Tableau, Alteryx, Business Objects, or ThoughtSpot Experience identifying issues, developing solutions, escalating when appropriate, and communicating with stakeholders Experience producing accurate and timely reporting involving complex datasets, reconciliations, and quality assurance To be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
