If you’re motivated by solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and shaping the future of financial services, we invite you to join our dynamic Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team.   The Opportunity As part of our Asset & Wealth Management practice, you’ll help clients better align their operating models, investment platforms, data, and technology with their business strategies. Our work spans the full investment value chain—from front-office investment decision support and portfolio construction to middle- and back-office processing, data governance, and reporting. You’ll serve both traditional and alternative asset managers, wealth platforms, and service providers, working on initiatives that enable efficiency, scale, transparency, and investment insight. Increasingly, this includes supporting clients as they expand into Private Markets and semi-liquid alternative products - helping bridge the operational, data, and regulatory complexities between public and private investments within integrated investment platforms such as Aladdin. This is an opportunity to build deep expertise across a diverse set of asset classes while developing future-ready consulting skills across investment operations, platform enablement, data, analytics, and regulatory change. . Key Responsibilities

Support clients across the investment management lifecycle, from product development and investment operations to fund accounting, data management, and reporting. Help design and implement target operating models that improve scalability, cost efficiency, and governance across front-, middle-, and back-office functions. Participate in technology-enabled transformations, including system selection and implementation, with a particular focus on Aladdin-led investment platform transformations, as well as Charles River, Geneva, Investran, eFront, or equivalent solutions. Support clients in Aladdin configuration, data integration, operating model alignment, and change management to ensure platforms are fully embedded into day-to-day investment and operational processes.
