We're looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. In this role, you'll take ownership of moderately sized projects with varying complexity and financial impact, leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll be the driving force behind successful project execution, managing all technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Plan, direct, and supervise all operations and activities included in assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations Manage and lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using consistent processes, tools, and best practices to drive project success Develop comprehensive project strategies, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute projects from inception to completion Lead and mentor small to medium-sized teams across business lines, including remote team members and subcontractor management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, analyzing risks and implementing mitigation strategies to achieve quality outcomes and financial performance targets Monitor project progress against established metrics, identify potential issues early, and make decisive adjustments to keep projects on track Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill project requirements and resolve conflicts with empathy and professionalism Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations that demonstrate progress, achievements, and lessons learned Continuously seek innovative solutions and process improvements to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably managing moderately complex projects with multiple stakeholders Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), or equivalent project management certification Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage project budgets and deliver within financial
