Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems Stay current with industry trends and advancements in modern languages, Artificial Intelligence (AI), DevSecOps, and other methodologies and technologies, especially in relation to complex systems Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree Minimum of five (2) or more years of relevant professional software programming experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, Ada or similar software object-oriented language Qualifications We Prefer: Proven self-motivated problem solver who can look at a situation, identify gaps or issues, and take initiative to resolve them (technically, with process, and with documentation)Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools Experience developing software using Agile techniques
