Logistics Site Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Site Operations Director to lead logistics operations for the Power Systems Business Unit (PSBU) in Fridley, Minnesota . This highly visible role will oversee a large-scale distribution and warehousing operation, driving safety, operational excellence, customer delivery performance, and long-term supply chain strategy while strengthening organizational capability and site culture. Relocation support will be pursued for qualified candidates. The Logistics Site Operations Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for a complex logistics network, including a 400,000-square-foot distribution center and four offsite warehouse locations. Leading approximately 160 employees through multiple layers of leadership, this role will oversee warehouse, transportation, and packaging operations while executing a multi-year strategy focused on on-time delivery, inventory optimization, capacity expansion, material flow, safety, and continuous improvement. Success requires a visible, people-first leader who can build strong partnerships, strengthen culture, integrate logistics more deeply into site operations, and deliver exceptional business results.
