Implement management accounting and cost control practices in compliance with U.S. financial guidelines and corporate standards. Lead the development of the annual budget and forecasting processes. Monitor, analyze, and report departmental expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget. Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and effectively communicate insights to managers and budget owners. Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Tax teams to ensure accurate cost recording and compliance with internal policies. Prepare and present monthly financial reports for management review. Support project planning through financial estimations, cost modeling, and resource allocation.
