Lead WalkMe technology product management and digital transformation initiatives that support business and operational objectives Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for technology solutions Drive adoption of digital tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions Manage project priorities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications Develop business cases, funding requests, and executive-level presentations to support strategic initiatives Analyze user feedback, performance metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities Support vendor management activities including solution evaluations, implementation planning, and ongoing performance monitoring Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric design What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $108,500 to $225,200 per year.
