職務内容 【法人向け企画営業】：AIGグループおよび国内大手損害保険会社と連携を取り、延長保証制度を設計し、法人向けに展開します。各業界のトップクラスの企業における上層部の方々と接点があり、他業界では得られない成長実感がございます。 家電メーカーや自動車メーカー、不動産会社、通販等のお客様の要望を細かくヒアリングしながら、どのような内容の保証にするのか営業部門とオペレーション部門が一緒になって企画から開発を行い、半年以上かけてひとつひとつのプログラムをカスタムメイドで作ります。経営者や役員と商談する機会もあり、高いビジネススキルを身につけることが可能となります。   職務目的 無形商材である延長保証制度をお客様の新たな収益源や付加価値サービスとして、その価値を正しく提供し、当社・お客様の双方の収益を拡大していくことを目的とします。 お客様に誠実に向き合いながら、延長保証制度のリスクを引き受ける損害保険会社とその代理店、当社委託先と信頼関係を築き、共に成長できる環境を作っていくプレイヤーとしての活動だけではなく、課・チームの目標達成に向けた管理サポート、メンバーのフォロー並びに育成に能動的に携わることが重要な役割です。 職責 国内大手企業に対して延長保証制度の商品企画・立案・交渉・運営・契約に至るまでの提案型営業 既存顧客のアップセル並びにクロスセルによる深耕 新規顧客の開拓（ターゲットリスト作成含む） 延長保証制度に係る契約書・保証書・事務マニュアル等の作成、社内外の折衝     期待する成果 売上げ目標の達成 ステークホルダー（顧客・保険会社・保険代理店・社内関係者）との円滑なコミュニケーション 各種資料作成の自己完結 必要な能力・経験 【必須】■3年以上の法人営業経験（資料作成/商談/クロージング含む） 　　　　■既存深耕および新規開拓スキル 　　　　■基本的なPCスキル 【歓迎】■英語での業務遂行スキル 　　　　■営業企画の経験 　　　　■保険業界(特に損害保険)での業務経験 　　　　■延長保証の提案経験 【学歴】■大学卒以上 【求める人物像】 　　　　■社内外を取り纏め、課題解決や目標達成した実績のある方 　　　　■積極的で明るく、自走できる方   At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
