About Hightouch
Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform powered by the industry-leading Composable CDP. With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves. Teams move faster, stay on brand, and get AI marketing that actually works.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Francisco, Hightouch enables marketing teams to analyze performance, brainstorm ideas, and generate creative at a speed and quality that wasn't previously possible.
Named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Customer Data Platforms, Hightouch is trusted by leading enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, Aritzia, Cars.com, Ramp, and PetSmart.
At Hightouch, our mission is to help our customers leverage data and AI to grow their businesses. The team is ambitious, impact-driven, efficient — and we believe humility, kindness, and compassion are essential to our success. If you're energized by velocity, obsessed with raising the bar, and want to build alongside people who care deeply about each other and our customers, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Enablement Manager to help define how Hightouch creates, communicates, and proves customer value—and how that value gets positioned and sold.
You will play a critical role in the go-to-market thinking behind our core offerings: who the buyer is, what they are measured on, what breaks in their world today, what that problem costs them, how Hightouch changes the business outcome, and what proof makes the case credible.
Your work will turn product capability into a value story a seller can discover, quantify, defend, and advance with a customer. You will establish the connective tissue from buyer and business problem to use case, product, proof, qualification, and business case. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, and the field.
Impact You’ll Drive
Value frameworks Author the business outcome case for the Agentic CDP and its components. What changes for the customer, in terms of what their executives care about, backed by economics a seller can defend in a procurement conversation.
The canonical use case library. Build the mapping from ICP to pain to use case to product to proof point, and make it the single source sellers and marketers both work from. Includes how it is structured so our internal search reliably surfaces it.
Pain to future state narratives. Turn all of the above into the conversation itself. Current state and future state framing, discovery paths, qualification criteria, objection handling, and the talk tracks that carry a deal from first call to business case.
Release positioning. Partner with the launch team to define the go-to-market answer for every launch and material release. What changed, who cares, and how to position it.
Capability boundaries. Document clearly what our products do and do not do, so sellers stop discovering limits in front of a customer.
The readiness bar. Play a pivotal part in defining what ready looks like per product and partner with field leaders to certify against it.
What you'll need
• 7+ years in product marketing, product enablement, solutions marketing, or an adjacent go-to-market function, with substantial time spent on positioning and messaging for technical products.
• A track record of authoring frameworks, not just producing collateral. We will ask you to walk us through positioning work you originated and what it did to the business.
• Direct experience with products
