About this role

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. Broadridge is hiring! The Manager, Program Management, is an experienced project management role responsible for leading assigned strategic and operational change initiatives across GSMS. Reporting to the Head of the GSMS PMO, this role translates business objectives into executable, governed project plans; orchestrates cross-functional teams; enables timely decisions; and gives leaders a clear, fact-based view of progress, risk, tradeoffs, and readiness. As a senior member of the PMO, the role also provides guidance and oversight to junior team members, helps establish scalable project and change management practices, and reinforces the PMO’s mission and standards across the GSMS organization.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional execution across GSMS. Align leaders, teams, and workstreams across functional and organizational boundaries, reinforce accountability, and sustain momentum toward shared outcomes. Operate effectively through ambiguity. Bring a hands-on, adaptable approach to evolving environments, take on varied responsibilities when needed, and collaborate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and subject-matter experts. Shape the delivery approach. Serve as a consultative partner to sponsors and functional leaders, helping establish the appropriate roles, governance, processes, and tools to support effective project execution and successful outcomes. Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement. Plan and facilitate effective project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, guide productive discussion, communicate progress and risks, document decisions, and ensure actions have clear owners and follow-through. Take ownership, follow through, and respectfully hold others to agreed commitments. Build and maintain the integrated plan. Connect business, technology, vendor, data, operational, client and change activities into one delivery view with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and commitments. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; drive mitigation and resolution; and escalate issues when leadership attention or decisions are required. Enable timely decisions. Frame options, impacts, tradeoffs, and recommendations so sponsors, and accountable owners can make informed decisions quickly. Provide executive visibility. Develop and maintain concise, executive-level reporting that provides a fact-based view of initiative status, progress against goals, risks, dependencies, decisions, readiness, and performance measures. Drive change readiness and transition. Assess stakeholder and operational impacts; coordinate change, communications, readiness, and adoption activities; and ensure clear ownership for implementation, handoff, and closeout. Provide leadership through influence and expertise. Guide and coach junior team members, model strong delivery practices, and provide thoughtful direction and feedback without formal people-management responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Five or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs from initiation through implementation and transition. Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into integrated plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and measurable outcomes. Strong command of project risk, issue, dependency, scope, resource, and change control practices. The ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while having command of "the details" Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting, decision framing, and facilitation.
