We are looking for a motivated Facilities Assistant to join our facilities team supporting the SAP office building in Sofia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to develop practical skills in facilities operations and workplace support within a professional international environment. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day building operations, maintenance coordination, workplace services, and site support activities to help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained office environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive on-the-job training across a variety of operational and technical tasks. What You’ll Do Support daily facilities operations and respond to helpdesk requests under the guidance of the Technical Lead Assist with basic maintenance activities including painting, lock adjustments, handle replacements, door maintenance, and minor plumbing and electrical tasks Support office setup activities, including internal moves, workspace arrangements, and furniture adjustments Assist with IT equipment handling, desk setups for new hires, and office equipment relocations Help manage deliveries, parcel handling, collections, and post room activities Support general site upkeep tasks, including lighting checks, rubbish removal, and reporting maintenance issues Assist the facilities and security teams with operational and workplace support activities when required Follow all Health & Safety, security, and emergency procedures while maintaining safe working practices and using appropriate PPE What We’re Looking For Strong willingness to learn and develop facilities and workplace support skills Hands-on approach with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Good communication and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Basic understanding of building maintenance or facilities operations is an advantage Ability to follow safety procedures and work responsibly in a professional environment Comfortable performing physical tasks as part of daily responsibilities Positive attitude with flexibility to support a variety of site and operational needs What You Can Expect From Us Competitive salary Transportation allowance Private health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for professional development and training Work in a dynamic international company Additional benefits and bonuses Location: On-site –Sofia, Bulgaria If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
