Lead the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth hotel performance throughout the night Oversee the Night Audit process and ensure all daily financial reports are accurate and completed on time Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints, providing prompt resolutions and genuine service Act as the senior hotel representative overnight, managing emergency situations and making operational decisions as required Supervise overnight staffing levels to ensure guest service, operational needs and safety standards are met Monitor hotel security and ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and brand standards Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, providing local recommendations to enhance the guest experience Build and strengthen relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and future bookings Understand the impact of overnight operations on overall property financial goals and contribute to achieving departmental objectives

Experience with OPERA Property Management System or similar Previous experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of hotel operations, night audit processes and guest service standards Working rights in Australia Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Self-motivated, reliable and confident working independently during overnight shifts Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude First Aid and CPR Qualification
