As part of the SCI Storage Delivery team, you will support the day-to-day operations of storage environments used by several external and internal cloud solutions. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), operations governance, risk and lifecycle management, and project management.   Your key responsibilities will include:

Support ITSM activities including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Support operational processes such as Risk Management and Lifecycle Management.

Maintain and update operational records, trackers, reports, and documentation.

Support root cause analysis and tracking of assigned actions.

Follow defined operational processes and escalate issues when required.

Provide basic support to Project Managers with project tracking, documentation, action items, and status updates.

Support assigned activities within projects and improvement initiatives and gain exposure to project management.

Manage assigned tasks within agreed timelines and priorities.

Work with team members to complete assigned operational activities.

Gain practical experience in operations governance, ITSM, risk management, lifecycle management, and project management.

What you bring

Basic understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).

Good analytical and reporting skills, with an ability to work with basic reports and dashboards.

Basic knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM is an advantage.

Awareness of DevOps and Agile concepts is an advantage.

Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage assigned tasks.

Good problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
