The Revenue Assurance team is looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in order and deal review to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, this role works closely with colleagues in revenue operations, sales, sales programs, and legal. Key responsibilities include reviewing orders and contracts, recommending system enhancements, and supporting month-end close activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to make an immediate impact.
What you'll do
• Serve as a key contributor to Pinterest’s order-to-cash process by reviewing and approving insertion orders ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our platforms.
• Review Annual Agreements and make informed decisions to facilitate deal closure and ensure all deals fall within established guidelines, company policies, and legal standards.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and related tasks.
• Satisfy all quarterly and annual audit requirements for our internal and external auditors
• Monitor compliance within the order management process, proactively identifying non-compliance, recommending corrective actions, and reinforcing adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 regulations for revenue accounting, implementing and enhancing controls as required.
• Deliver high-quality service to internal teams and external partners by addressing complex inquiries, resolving issues related to orders and annual agreements.
• Leverage AI to optimise processes.
• Continuously identify and implement process and system improvements, defining and testing enhancements in Salesforce, JIRA, and reporting systems, to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Maintain and update process documentation for order management and revenue workflows, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and user-friendly for Sales and Revenue teams.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue, and IT teams.
What we're looking for
