As a Trade Lifecycle Associate I within the Securities Operations Regulatory Reporting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory submissions for the US Broker Dealer business. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to validate, supervise, and transmit essential data to regulatory bodies such as FINRA, the SEC, and the Federal Reserve Board. In this role, you will help strengthen our control environment, drive process enhancements, and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements. You will be part of a collaborative team that values your expertise and encourages you to develop innovative solutions that enhance our reporting capabilities.

Supervise the daily production and submission of regulatory reports for the US Broker Dealer business. Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, settlements, and technology, to review and implement new regulatory reporting processes. Validate source report logic to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and enhance controls to improve the quality and reliability of regulatory reporting. Lead and contribute to strategic projects that impact the regulatory reporting landscape. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality. Utilize advanced data analysis tools, such as Alteryx and Tableau, to develop solutions that reduce risk and enhance reporting processes. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and build partnerships across multiple locations and levels. 2+ years of S ecurities industry experience. Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for working with large datasets. Exceptional attention to detail and a diligent approach to work. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience. FINRA Series 99 License required within 120 days of start date. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, LLM Suite). Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes and requirements.
