As a Data Center Site Business Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the service agreements of data center related systems. You will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders (e.g., Environment, Health, and Safety department). You will actively support local data center technicians by ensuring they are sufficiently informed regarding relevant processes. You will serve as a local escalation point for finance related matters. You will support the site management and other Business Operations Program Managers in the global team in maintaining key metrics, providing data, and conducting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making. Lead annual budget development aligning with strategic objectives. Provide estimates for operational and capital budgets, regularly review and communicate budget reports with variance analysis and clear insights. Drive contract governance and vendor performance, utilizing benchmarking tools to analyze unit costs and identify redundancy reduction opportunities. Collect and analyze cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide insights for strategic planning. Evaluate proposals using a structured decision-making matrix and ensure seamless stakeholder communication. Facilitate the on-boarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they receive assistance in the local language, guidance on legal compliance, and acting as a local point of contact for audits. Execute assignments with varying supervision levels, showcasing self-initiative and adaptability. Manage tenders and agreements for essential services such as mechanical and electrical maintenance services, landscaping, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience in corporate accounting, managing purchase order lifecycles, and accounts payable/receivable processes. Experience with facilities real estate management. Ability to communicate in Danish fluently. Preferred qualifications: Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management. Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders. Experience in SAP or equivalent. Experience with local authority, tax and administration.
