Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector FS X-Sector Specialism Banking & Finance Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary Your impact Join PwC’s Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich and advise leading Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Family Offices and other Financial Services institutions on their strategic and transformation priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise across the end-to-end Wealth and Asset Management value chain, products, services and operating models. Lead the design and delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives, supporting clients in addressing complex business challenges across operating models, processes, organisational structures, products, services, technology-enabled change and other business-critical transformation topics. Lead complex transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams, managing senior client stakeholders, guiding project delivery teams and ensuring successful outcomes from strategy through execution. Collaborate across PwC’s broader consulting practice to deliver integrated transformation solutions and bring the best of the firm to our clients. Drive business development activities by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, leading proposals and contributing to PwC’s market presence through thought leadership and industry engagement. Lead the development of thought leadership, service offerings and market propositions, while driving RfP responses, proposal development and go-to-market initiatives to support the continued growth of the practice. Continuously deepen your industry expertise and stay at the forefront of market trends, emerging technologies and developments across Wealth and Asset Management. Leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to identify innovative solutions, enhance delivery approaches and create tangible value for our clients, while continuously expanding your own capabilities and expertise. Develop subject matter expertise at the very heart of how Wealth Management or Asset Management and portfolio management including alternative investments, and other FS companies works, both on-site with clients and off-site with our international learning and education offerings and industry collaborations. Advice clients across the full value chain and asset classes including portfolio management and the underlying technology platforms Support our clients to successfully manage their transformations including but not limited to investment management system selection and implementation, definition of target operating models, definition of data models, etc. Become part of a team that operates strongly in an interdisciplinary environment within PwC. You will be using and building bridges to our fellow teams that work at the technological edge in big data analysis, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. Your skill set Excellent university degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, Asset Servicing or broader Financial Services, ideally complemented by proven experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients.
