Partners with internal technical teams and vendor technical partners to identify, maintain, and execute on the LCCA technology stack roadmap. Evaluates infrastructure needs and drives modernization, consolidation, or retirement of technology solutions based on business alignment, utilization, integration, and value delivery. Supports technology migrations, upgrades, and new platform implementations, including change management, testing, rollout coordination, and user adoption. Coordinates with enterprise IT and information security on infrastructure, security requirements, access management, data protection, and compliance. Maintains platform documentation, configuration records, data-flow maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Supports document management processes, including process standardization, quality checks, compliance, and improvements enabled by technology.
