STA Engineer Quality – Electrical & Electronics

The STA Engineer Quality – Electrical & Electronics is responsible for driving warranty improvement, field quality resolution, supplier quality performance, and corrective action implementation for automotive electronic components and systems. This role partners with Ford manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and global suppliers to ensure rapid containment, effective root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions that reduce warranty exposure and improve customer satisfaction.
