As a Junior Project Controls Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in project controls while supporting multidisciplinary project teams across a variety of industries, including Energy & Chemicals, Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences, Mining & Metals, and Nuclear.
As a Junior Project Controls Specialist, you will support the Project Controls team in the planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of project performance. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to key project controls disciplines, including cost management, planning and scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and project reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in project controls within an international project environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
Assist with generating, validating, and analyzing project data while maintaining accurate records and audit trails. Support the implementation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Coding Structures within Project Controls systems. Prepare and update weekly work plans and schedules. Assist in the preparation of:
Specialty schedules Monthly progress reports Labor forecasts Cash flow forecasts Project Income Statements Profit recognition activities
Facilitate the collection of schedule and cost information from project disciplines and stakeholders. Analyze schedule and cost trends and identify potential risks or performance issues. Support project profit and risk analyses and contribute to management reporting activities. Assist in the management of project changes and change control processes. Participate in internal and external audits. Contribute to the development and maintenance of historical project databases and lessons learned.

In addition, you possess
Strong data analysis and validation capabilities. Advanced software skills, including:
Microsoft Excel Power BI Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6

Willing to work with Fluor's data-centric execution tools. Open to domestic and international travel and short- or long-term project assignments. Fluent in English is a must Dutch language skills preferred
