Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance. Troubleshoot operational issues related to automated systems and ensure alignment with engineering and design specifications. Integrate multidisciplinary technologies, including electrical systems, electronics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and control systems. Support the design, programming, maintenance, and optimization of automation and control systems. Lead maintenance activities for site electrical systems, including preventive inspections and compliance-related requirements. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with relevant electrical, instrumentational and safety regulations. Manage instrumentation reliability and execute calibration programs to ensure operational accuracy and product quality. Analyze system performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization. Contribute to engineering projects supporting manufacturing growth, modernization, and operational excellence. What Makes You the Right Fit Practical Engineer (Technician) qualification in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Automation, or Software Engineering. Valid Chief Electrician License is required. Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), including programming and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and control technologies. Ability to read and interpret electrical, control, and instrumentation schematics. Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Profibus, and Ethernet. High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment. Flexibility to support operational needs outside standard working hours when required. How Would You Stand Out? Approximately five years of experience in a similar engineering or automation role within a process manufacturing environment.
