What Makes This Role Great: In this dynamic program, you will rotate through four six-month placements across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering, offering high-visibility exposure, hands-on experience, and continuous mentorship to help launch your long-term career path at Trimble. Key Exciting Responsibilities: Deliver technical expertise and high-impact training to empower global distribution partners and customers. Test next-generation hardware and software solutions in office and field environments to drive product quality before release. Shape product vision, conduct market research, and create Go-to-Market strategies alongside cross-functional product teams. Partner with regional sales teams to demonstrate innovative technology, lead engaging training sessions, and boost customer adoption. Essential Skills & Experience: Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of one relevant internship or up to three years of professional experience in surveying, GIS, GPS, or positioning solutions. Adaptable mindset with strong initiative, critical thinking, and a willingness to explore innovative workflows like AI. Demonstrated leadership potential and collaborative communication skills. Bonus Points For: Experience with construction or mapping software solutions. Proficiency using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and identify trends. Active leadership involvement in university organizations or professional communities. Logistics: Location: Westminster, Colorado Travel Requirement: 10% to 20% Applications Engineer, Rotational Development Program, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, Sales Engineering Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $67,700.00–$93,200.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? No Commission Eligible?
