We're looking for  brilliant graduates (or soon-to-be) willing to move their first steps in the world of  software engineering (back-end and full-stack) and to contribute directly to the development and advancement of the Dynatrace platform.   Before applying, please consider this is  full-time, permanent position for early career professionals (max. 1-2 year of experience after the graduation).   While the  role will be based in Linz , please note the whole  onboarding phase in the Talent Academy (aprox. 6 months) will be held in  Hagenberg.     In this role you will:

(Almost) graduated in a  BSc / MSc Degree in Computer Science, AI or related fields Solid knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) stack , with preference accorded to Java  Growing interest in, or familiarity with,  Generative AI and its emerging applications in software development, as we place increasing attention on AI-driven capabilities Being a  team player with a proactive approach, and solid problem-solving skills Good English  communication skills What we offer

The salary range for this position based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week) goes from 46000€ to 58000€, depending on your experience and qualifications.
