Lead the Employee Relations agenda across Prudential Assurance Vietnam (PVA), by providing expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, workplace investigations, and governance. Partner with business leaders, managers, and HR teams to proactively manage workforce risks and ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and global standards. Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc 1. Employee Relations Lead and manage complex employee relations cases and workplace investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes while minimizing organizational and reputational risks. Provide expert advice and consultation to Managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct, workplace conflicts, performance-related concerns, and employment separation cases. Conduct thorough investigations, fact-finding activities, and case assessments, ensuring appropriate documentation, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to internal governance requirements. Drive quarterly employee relations case reviews with leadership teams to identify emerging themes, recurring issues, and workforce risks, recommending preventive actions and sustainable solutions. Analyze employee relations trends and key risk indicators to develop targeted interventions that strengthen workplace culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. Build organizational capability in employee relations through training programs, case study discussions, coaching sessions, and practical guidance for managers and HR teams. 2. HR Governance and Compliance Serve as the subject matter expert on labor law and employment compliance, ensuring employee relations practices are aligned with statutory requirements and company policies. Monitor changes in labor legislation and regulatory developments, assessing business impact and providing timely guidance to stakeholders on compliance obligations. Leverage employee relations analytics and dashboards to identify compliance gaps, workforce risk trends, and areas requiring proactive intervention or enhanced governance. Lead the review, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Employee Relations policies, Work Rules, disciplinary frameworks, and related employment governance documents. Strengthen governance and compliance frameworks by aligning local practices with regulatory and global standards, ensuring consistency, transparency, and regulatory adherence across the organization. Lead the oversight of employee conduct, ethics investigations, and workforce risk matters, ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and regulatory requirements while safeguarding organizational integrity and reputation. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and other stakeholders to ensure effective management of employee-related risks and successful execution of compliance initiatives. Job Requirements / Yêu cầu Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Compliance. Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code and employment regulations Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases, workplace investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution. Strong stakeholder management and
