We are an highly recognized team who successfully deliver the highest quality of service to our customers.   Take control of innovation   As an AMO Manager you will ensure that safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment. As an AMO manager, you will be responsible for:   Managing planning, processes and systems to ensure operational alignment with production, whilst optimizing cost and process improvements Owning metrics, measures and targets for all workshop Ensuring production schedule and job planning process Directing repair, testing, and assembly of equipment Overseeing Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Owning HSE and quality for your assigned area of the workshop and support other areas of the shop Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist Optimizing work flow / shop layout efficiency Ensuring inventory requirements are alerted up through Materials Developing a yearly operational plan to define departmental initiatives and to support activities and projects Communicating with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and updates on projects and outcomes of research programs Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/related fields or equivalent experience.
