Training Coordinator

HPC-Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is looking for a Training Coordinator to join their safety conscious team! The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day training operations across multiple Training Academy locations and branch operations. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for training logistics, scheduling, documentation, records management, classroom administration, onboarding delivery, and external training providers to ensure a consistent and efficient training experience throughout the organization. The position supports both academy-based and branch-based training activities by managing training schedules, coordinating resources, monitoring online learning completion, maintaining training records, delivering standardized onboarding programs, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards. As the primary facilitator of the organization's Day 1 onboarding program, the Training Coordinator plays a critical role in introducing new employees to company culture, safety expectations, operational standards, and workforce readiness requirements. Working closely with Academy Operations, Program Managers, instructors, operational leadership, Human Resources, HSE, and external training providers, the role helps ensure employees are trained, documented, compliant, and prepared for successful deployment. This position supports multiple locations and contributes to the standardization of training processes, systems, and documentation across North America. Why work for HPC-Industrial?
