Job Purpose To maintain and oversee all aspects of master data within the CMMS/SAP system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and reliability across the organization. The role provides CMMS/SAP and data management expertise to support maintenance activities, improve data-related business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee the management and maintenance of CMMS/SAP master data, with particular focus on Plant Maintenance (PM) data, including functional locations, equipment, task lists, maintenance plans, maintenance items, work centers, and other relevant master data. Establish, implement, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, consistency, accuracy, and reliability. Ensure adherence to established data entry standards and guidelines across maintenance and other relevant teams. Analyze master data to identify discrepancies, duplicates, errors, and data quality issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and IT, to ensure effective integration of master data across relevant business processes. Conduct routine data validation and testing to verify the accuracy and completeness of master data, document results, and implement necessary improvements. Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance master data management processes to improve data quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and internal policies relating to master data management, and provide support during internal and external audits. Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on master data processes, standards, guidelines, and best practices, and provide ongoing support in resolving data-related issues. Facilitate change management activities associated with master data changes, including communication, training, implementation, and documentation. Collaborate with IT and business users to define requirements for CMMS/SAP enhancements and improvements related to Plant Maintenance master data management. Develop and generate reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and provide insights into master data quality, performance, and compliance. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of master data processes, procedures, standards, and workflows. Technical Qualification & Skills Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within Maintenance, Engineering, or Asset Management environment. Extensive hands-on experience in CMMS/ SAP master data management and maintenance, particularly within SAP Plant
