As an Assortment Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring the products availability and quality in consistency with InstaShop guidelines. The Assortment Merchandiser should also have an in-depth knowledge of merchandising practices, templates, and regulations provided by the Products Team.

Visiting partnered shops to ensure products match InstaShop’s quality and quantity standards using a handheld scanner Operating database management systems, including inputting barcodes, prices, tags, and other product details Maintaining knowledge of product categories, packaging, and varieties while monitoring inventory and stock irregularities Coordinating and completing daily reports on shop status, inventory, and stock availability Supporting the photographer with product arrangement and assisting the Content Creation Team during photoshoots Taking prompt action to accomplish daily objectives, demonstrating initiative, and cross-checking products with the Field Team Leader’s help Performing other duties such as attending training, coordinating transportation, and managing records when necessary ​​Independently visiting shops for stock validation and photoshoot coordination when required Assisting in maintaining the quality of the team’s work by auditing and cross-checking product data with the Field Team Leader’s assistance Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Office applications Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills in English Willingness and flexibility to travel to partnered stores across the country What you will bring Ability to create, compose, and edit correspondence and other written materials Strong attention to detail Ability to grasp new concepts and proactively seek opportunities to gain knowledge and experience Remarkable problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively as a team member but take the lead when necessary By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a third-party website where the third-party website's terms and privacy policy apply I'm interested I'm interested Privacy Notice I'm interested Refer a friend share this job Share to WeChat × Copy the link and open WeChat to share.
