Join EY and shape your future with confidence.   The opportunity The Strategy & Execution team in EY-Parthenon recognizes that CEOs and business leaders are tasked with achieving maximum value for their organizations’ stakeholders in a transformative business environment. We challenge assumptions to design and deliver strategies that improve profitability, strengthen competitiveness and create long-term value. We are looking for an experienced strategy consulting professional to join EY-Parthenon GDS India as an Associate Director within the Consumer Products and Retail sector. You will be based in EY GDS India and work as an integrated member of the Singapore Strategy & Execution team, primarily supporting client engagements across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. This is a client-facing consulting and leadership role. You will work closely with EY-Parthenon teams and clients across ASEAN to develop and deliver strategic opportunities, drawing on market, competitor and customer insights and incorporating commercial, operational, financial and implementation perspectives. The role provides the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border engagements, develop relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to building EY-Parthenon’s Consumer Products and Retail capabilities across Singapore, ASEAN and GDS India.   Your key responsibilities Client engagement and delivery

Lead client engagements, major workstreams or independent modules across strategy, commercial transformation and operational transformation assignments. Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses and define robust approaches to address clients’ strategic and operational priorities. Lead the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative information, translate findings into insights and formulate practical recommendations. Take ownership of the quality, timeliness and commercial relevance of project deliverables. Work directly with client stakeholders to understand their priorities, align on project objectives and communicate emerging findings and recommendations. Lead or contribute to client discussions, working sessions, presentations and senior stakeholder meetings. Develop clear, compelling and evidence-based presentations and reports for senior client audiences. Work effectively with geographically dispersed engagement teams, coordinating closely with colleagues in Singapore, GDS India and other ASEAN markets.
