Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our growing team! This role will shape and guide the evolution of our enterprise technology landscape, aligning business strategy, customer needs, and technology investments to enable long-term transformation. The successful candidate will define and communicate enterprise architecture principles, target-state roadmaps, and strategic technology direction across business, application, data, integration, cloud, security, and infrastructure domains. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in staying close to technology and emerging trends. The Enterprise Architect will work with business leaders, delivery teams, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, address complex architecture challenges, and proactively drive modernization and transformation initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable influencing across the organization, balancing strategic objectives with practical implementation considerations, and helping teams make informed technology decisions. What you’ll do here: Contribute to the creation and improvement of the enterprise architecture practices, processes, governance and compliance. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for a Global Enterprise Architecture guided by the overall business and IT strategy. Define and maintain governance and compliance standards and policies. Use AI to build prototypes and explore different options Execute based on of the Enterprise Architecture processes. Create, update and maintain architecture models, roadmaps and strategies. Lead risk and cost analysis including build vs. buy strategies and recommendations. Lead analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
