Role
Overview As a Supply Chain Legal Contracts Specialist, you will provide senior analytical support across contract administration activities, including triage, tracking, drafting, negotiation, and documentation. You will work closely with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to manage requests, monitor priorities, and support the delivery of practical contracting solutions. What will you do? Intake, review, and triage contract requests based on risk priorities, routing protocols, and business needs. Track and monitor requests within Procurement and Global Products legal workflows to keep matters moving on time. Review, draft, and negotiate selected procurement and product sales-related agreements, including services, framework, master services, IT, SaaS, purchase, and subcontract agreements as assigned. Use workflow and contract lifecycle management tools such as Ariba and Onit to manage contracts, approvals, and status updates. Route agreements for approval, coordinate follow-up actions, and escalate issues when needed. Maintain playbooks, procedural manuals, status reports, and process documentation to support consistent execution. Prepare research summaries and executive-ready presentations that support decision-making and reporting. Partner with attorneys, procurement teams, and internal clients to support efficient and compliant contracting processes. How will you do it? Own your assigned matters with accuracy, accountability, and a strong sense of risk awareness. Stay close to the work by understanding the commercial context behind each request and removing obstacles for internal partners. Use clear, candid communication, strong documentation, and practical problem-solving to improve workflow every day. Work as one team across Procurement, Legal, and the business, building trust through collaboration and balanced judgment. Use Ariba, Onit, and shared process tools consistently to keep contract activity visible, organized, and moving forward. What are we looking for? University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 or more years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Legal Operations, procurement contracting, or a related contract administration role. Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating English-language contracts in a multinational or cross-functional environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments, multi-task, and manage competing deadlines. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues. Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professional communication skills.
