Serve as the primary technology contact and advocate for Equity Portfolio Managers and their analysts across the region. Manage end-to-end technology onboarding for new equity investment teams, from the candidate stage through their transition into the firm. Partner with each team to understand day-one requirements and document ongoing technology and AI needs. Maintain accurate technology user profiles and clear records of open items, accountable owners and target completion dates. Coordinate across Business Management, Operations, Trading, Data and other functions to align expectations and drive delivery. Communicate progress and risks through the appropriate management channels, escalating issues when necessary. What You Bring   At least five years of experience in a client-facing relationship management, technical account management, product management or project management role. Financial services experience working directly with equity investment professionals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with senior investment professionals and engineering leaders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, accountable owners and tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong understanding of equity investment workflows, including research, portfolio construction and risk management, as well as the technology and tools that support Portfolio Managers. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to translate investment team needs into clear, documented requirements for development teams.

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
