Intern - Account Manager

Inspired by our builder culture, you'll collaborate with teams that are focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.     As an Account Management Intern, you will:   Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities  Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data  Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency  Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management  Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes  Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance  Build relationships across the organization while developing a deeper understanding of the transportation and logistics industry  These experiences will give you exposure to customer relationship management, supply chain operations, and business strategy while helping you understand how C.H. Robinson's commercial organization     Required Qualifications   Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field  Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment  Interest in customer relationship management, business strategy, and supply chain management     Preferred Qualifications   Strong communication and organizational skills  Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically  Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and resilience  Experience through student organizations, leadership roles, internships, part-time work, athletics, or volunteer activities  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail  We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.

Range $15 - $30 per hour The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
